Hi, I'm Minna
A certified personal trainer with over 18 years of experience specializing in women’s fitness, pre/postnatal strength, and injury recovery. I'm the former co-owner of the renowned Sandbox Fitness in Los Angeles, where I trained hundreds of clients and built a reputation as a leader in functional movement and pregnancy-safe programming.
Now a mom of four, I know firsthand what it means to navigate motherhood while trying to feel strong, supported, and at home in your body. I created Modifyd Fitness to bridge the gap between expert training and real-life motherhood—offering workouts that are safe, effective, and sustainable through every phase.
Every workout inside Modifyd was filmed during my fourth pregnancy, so you’re not just learning from a coach—you’re moving with someone who’s in it with you.
