About me!
I Minna Herskowitz is a certified personal trainer through the National federation of professional trainers (NFPT). She has been a personal trainer for over 18 Years. She specializes in women's pre and post natal fitness and people with Injuries. She previously owned Sandbox Fitness in Sherman Oaks, CA with her husband David Herskowitz. they sold it when she got pregnant with her second child to be a more present mom. She now focuses on customizing workout plans for her clients and does in person training and group fitness classes out of her garage.
